Navigate to Data → Broadcasts
Click New Broadcast
Enter a Name for easy identification
Write your Message
Optionally attach Media (image, video, document, or audio)
Select Target Groups - all contacts in these groups will receive the message
Choose to Send Now or Schedule for later
Click Save

Status	Meaning
DRAFT	Saved but not sent yet
SCHEDULED	Will be sent at the scheduled time
SENDING	Currently sending to targets
COMPLETED	All messages sent
FAILED	Could not complete sending
